Great Pay!An Auto Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a member of the Underwriting Department whose main function is to handle calls from our brokers and agents, finance companies and insured’s.
The main function of a CSR is to handle all received calls as they come in and provide exceptional customer service.Essential Job Functions: ?Answer up to 100 incoming calls a day ?Update system notes with details discussed during phone conversations ?Provide excellent customer service ?Provide underwriting rules, reason for premium increase/decrease and pending items needed to brokers and agents, when applicable ?Provide payment due and due date information to the brokers and agents ?Provide verification of coverage for finance companies ?Fulfill requests for proof of Insurance to be sent via Fax, E-Mail or Mail ?Apply for this great position today!
