Edgemine, Inc. is seeking for a full-time in-house Sales support Representative for online & trade show orders processing and customer service for our contemporary brand blu pepper.Based in Los Angeles, Edgemine uses its vast global network to create high fashion at accessible prices, and we are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Requires in-depth knowledge of products offered• Input and process orders received by online & trade show• Makes and receives phone calls with the intent of promoting or selling• Provide customer support to ensure customer satisfaction• Provide information to sales reps regarding processed orders• Maintain customer database by updating profiles and notes• Promote brand and share brand knowledge with the customers (ie answer customers’ questions, share selling tools, etc.)• Requires high school diploma or equivalent• At least 1 year experienced in Women’s Apparel wholesale customer service preferred• Must have past customer service experience in fashion field• Must be computer proficient
