You Are: The App/Cloud Support Senior Analyst will provide support for SSL/TLS certificates lifecycle management via a 3 rd party web-based application; utilized to support order requests, validations, and registration for SSL/TSL certificates and domains.
Provide code signing support, utilizing a 3 rd party SaaS tool to digitally sign executable files and scripts for developed code used to support Accenture’s intellectual properties.
Ability to maintain daily work, while leading smalls scale initiatives or tasks from start to finish.
Responsibilities: Support ServiceNow request and incident cases for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates registrations, validations, and revocation process.
Support Code Singing requests for executable files utilizing a cloud base application tool to perform digital code signing.
Work with 3 rd party vendor to support Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) incident cases and escalations.
Provide Window servers maintenance and monitoring support For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

What You’ll Need: Minimum 2 years’ experience in PKI, SSL, Code Signing, HTML, DNS, SMTP are a plus Minimum 2 years’ experience in Windows Server and Cloud solutions support Minimum 2 years’ experience in PowerShell coding experience Understanding of Agile Methodology Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment to meet client’s needs Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to communicate and work with clients Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
(If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus Points if you have: Experience in Active Directory and Access Management are a plus Experience in Certificate Management is a plus Basic knowledge of DigiCert Console is a plus Skills: SSL/TLS PKI Code Signing Windows Server Administration PowerShell Scripting As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is$48,600
