AIG is now offering a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for new hires for a limited time!

To qualify for the bonus, new hires must start their position as listed in this job announcement, Customer Service Consultant, on or after 8/2/2021 through 11/2/2021, reach their three-month work anniversary and meet performance expectations.

Sign-on Bonus payments are subject to Federal, State, and Local taxes where applicable.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and reply to: policy inquiries related to status, selected data changes, required service forms, documenting all inquiries, and any necessary corresponding actions.

Perform financial and non-financial transactions necessary to satisfy requests using multiple computer systems and productivity tools.

And, provide compassion and empathy to our customers by answering a high volume of incoming phone calls with a high degree of quality, accuracy and speed.

What we are looking forHigh School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.Professionals that are action oriented, high energy, personable, mindful, and have a genuine desire to help our customers.A high-quality/high-speed internet connection is required for this role.Proven customer service or call center experience preferred.Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with internal/external customers.Advanced computer knowledge including proficiency with MS Office and strong professional typing skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work successfully in a structured fast paced call center team environment with the ability to meet key performance indicators.
