· 3years of experience providing information technology services related to this position; Certificates from recognized programs that indicate mastery of tools and techniques relevant to the assignment may substitute for up to six months of experience.
· Demonstrated technology troubleshooting skills and critical thinking
· Demonstrated experience and understanding of current client computinghardware components and their interrelationships for PC, Android, IOS, andMacOS, platforms
· Working knowledge of printer technologies and their associated equipment
· Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and via email
· Must be able to learn new technical concepts quickly and readily
· Must have comprehensive knowledge with computers in general as well ascurrent Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365products and the Internet
· Must be able to work well in a team environment, as well as on an individualbasis, and have a desire to help the end users
· Have a desire to help others resolve problems
· Competency in working with people of various cultures
· Evidence of valid Arizona Driver’s License
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Prioritization and multi-task skills are required
· Ability to obtain a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locationsWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAYAll duties assigned to a Technology Support SpecialistTier II supportSupport audio/video equipmentWork with System Administrators on projectsMaintains currency of documentation, procedures, user-guides, etc.

for enduser and Technology Support and Innovation use of supported hardware, software, A/V and servicesMay be assigned Apple product support dutiesDiagnose and resolve intermediate technical problems associated with computer hardware and software by employing practical, methodical, critical-thinking skillsRecommend revision to procedures to enhance system performanceEscalate calls to the appropriate higher level if unable to resolve the issueRemotely access PCs to resolve issuesUses predefined computer images to image laptop and desktop computersWorks with Senior Analysts to help refine system images for imaging laptops and desktopsPhysically access PCs, laptops and printersPrioritize daily work assignments and issuesBasic support of Apple and Android based mobile devicesTroubleshoot basic end-point network issuesMaintain communication for all partiesPerforms computer setup and tear downInstall new software or update existing software when directedInstall new hardware when directedAssists with building training modules for Help Desk and Desktop SupportPerform computer account and maintenance including processing of new hires, terminations and user transfersTransport, install and maintain computer software and hardware.Review computer system capabilities and make recommendations for changesReport any unusual system deficienciesTest new software and platformsMaintain patching schedule for all desktop and laptop computersDevelop software deployment packages via SCCMMonitor ticket queue and delegate tickets as they arrive to various departments within the organizationAs a community health center, we have a unique responsibility to keep our facilities as safe as possible and to protect our patients and team members.
