We are looking for hard working and reliable people to work with our fabrication team.
Work will be in a controlled environment where we build vital electrical / HVACR components for field installation.
No electrical experience is necessary, although, mechanical aptitude is required to fabricate the most common assemblies built in our shop:Job Duties: Wire splicing and connectionsPower outlet box and stub-up assemblyPower, lighting, and equipment whipsLight fixture modification and preparationPrefabrication of panelboardsSimple conduit bending and MC assemblyPipe threadingPay scale: up to $30 per hour depending on experienceBenefits: Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Holidays & VacationWorking Hours: 40 hours per week, overtime as requiredIn order to succeed in this role you must be punctual, hardworking, mechanically inclined, and able to meet deadlines with quality and precision.
Highly organized individuals should thrive.Required Qualifications / Skills:Use basic hand tools (e.g.
screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, screw-guns, etc.), read tape measures.
Occasional power tool use (drilling, cutting)Be mechanically inclinedArrive on time daily and be prepared to work standing for an entire shift.Lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.Be self-motivated and able to work independentlyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all the safety rules, regulations, & production processesAbility to work in a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsThe position requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use such as safety glasses, vest/hi-vis shirt, hard hat, ear plugs (provided) as well as hard-toe footwear (not provided).
