Summary

  • This position will join the Project Management team and work collaboratively with clients and team members to ensure quality project delivery and provide innovative solutions.

Description

  • Ideal candidates need a minimum of 10 years of experience with large industrial or commercial real-estate construction projects (i.e. tilt-up, warehouse, distribution centers, manufacturing, industrial offices, etc.)
  • Experience with construction/project management.
  • Must have the abilities to manage overall project / construction management services while collaborating with internal and external clients.
  • Ideal candidates will understand project delivery, time management, and how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen market conditions.

  • Must be able to manage architects, engineers, and contractors throughout all project phases.
  • Responsible for submitting for building permits and following up.
  • Prepare contracts for all disciplines.

Profile

  • Bachelors degree is preferred
  • 5-10+ years of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and assignments
