Skilled Maintenance Technician Full Job Description We are continuing to grow and will be hiring Multi-talented Handymen.

A full 90-day review will be conducted, and your performance will be discussed for growth and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities: Perform basic tasks including painting and managing maintenance repairs.

Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Repair plumbing, electrical, and safety systems Seeking someone with a variety of maintenance and construction skills Qualified candidates must own basic hand tools, including cordless tools.

We do maintenance, as well as some construction, on properties throughout San Diego County.

Requirements: Skilled in multiple trades Self-sufficient Hand and power tool proficient Owns your own standard power tools and hand tools (specialty tools provided) Comfortable doing maintenance as well as remodels.

Able to lift fifty pounds.

Comfortable climbing a thirty-foot ladder.

Speak and write in English fluently.

This job is Monday thru Friday from 8 am until 5:00 pm, as well as any overtime that is needed.

There will be an on-call rotation that all employees take part in.

Overtime could be mandatory to allow a growing company to meet the deadlines of some projects.

Punctuality and dependability are a must There is a mandatory on-call rotation.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

A minimum of 4 years of working experience in a similar role.

Solid experience with plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems Ability to work with hand tools and power equipment.

Extremely organized with good communication skills Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving Clean Driving Record with Valid CA driver’s license.

Ability to learn and use a job software program on your phone to update and to add pictures to the job as soon as the job is complete.

The employee must occasionally wear a protective mask, gloves, and goggles while cleaning.
