New Construction Projects
Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator for New Construction Projects
QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 8 years of diversified estimating and construction experience.
Should have project value expereince of $150M or more.Responsible for developing and writing technical approaches with respect to materials, manpower, and equipment requirements for estimate components
Should have experience with new construction projects involving both competitive bid and negotiated type work.
Advanced knowledge of construction costs and principles Advanced knowledge of the following software: WinEst, OST, Revit, Excel
This person will be recognized as a key contributor to the team.The compensation and benefits are very competitive.
