Work as part of the Project Team, assisting with the development of scope, budget, and schedule for healthcare related project work.2.

Develop schedule and budget for assigned projects.2.
Proactively manage project-related issues.3.
Conduct and document all project meetings.4.
Create and track all project documentation.5.
Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation for all project assignments.6.
Coordinate daily construction and development activities associated with project assignments.7.
Coordinate activities between the Owner, JLL, architect, general contractor, and Alliance Partners.8.
Provide detailed project cost reporting, scheduling, vendor coordination, etc.9.
Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.10.
Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.11.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all technology as required for assigned projects.12.
Ensure accurate management of all project financial requirements13.
Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.14.
Maintain a flexible schedule that allows for travel to project sites as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS, ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE1.
This position will work remotely from home office, with preferred location in Phoenix or Southern California.2.
Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred.3.
Minimum seven (7) years of project management experience required.4.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.5.
Experience dealing with the integration of health care delivery systems, technological innovations, an increasingly complex regulatory environment, restructuring of work, and an increased focus on preventive care.6.
Ability to prepare and track project budgets and schedules7.
Understanding of the requirements for a business relocation as well as ability to manage a project in a facility that remains open for business throughout the project8.
Familiarity with architectural, furniture and space planning drawings and their use.9.
Flexibility with work hours and available on call after working hours for handling urgent issues.10.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time is required.11.
Highly organized with strong analytical skills12.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with physicians, executive and management and line level external and internal clients13.
Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities14.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills15.
Detail oriented approach to job responsibilities16.
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team environment and independently17.
