Project Manager for Retail Construction in Los Angeles, CA
Growing retailer is in need of a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in a variety of states.
An experienced PM who has managed pre-construction to Close-Out and who is willing to travel will play an integral part in the corporate expansion plans.
Experience must include working with city boards , bid planning, solid understanding of blue prints and ability to decipher plans.
The best candidate will be highly organized to manage 20 or more projects yearly.
Expected travel is about half of the time to walk construction sites.
