Microtrench Machine Operator
Operates and maintains various types of trenching equipment.
Main duties include performing routine maintenance checks, operation of mechanical or computer-operated trenching equipment.
At the same time always following strict safety regulations and guidelines.
Operators perform a variety of tasks that promote the efficient trenching production onoff-site
Duties and responsibilities include:
· Pre-fielding job sites to identifying potential roadblocks.
· Notes site setup plan.
· Identifies traffic management requirements.
· Marks and calls in required locate requests.
· Communicates roadblocks to supervisor.
· Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery
· Setting up and preparing the equipment
· Acts a team lead to mentor and train Junior Machine Operators
· Using machine equipment to complete tasks
· Performing routine inspections of equipment needed to perform required tasks.
· Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed (blades, equipment replacements and upgrades.)

Pay: $23.00
– $35.00 per hour
