PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES: Determine, plan, develop and modify complex fabrication processes and methodology to produce prototype and complex electro-mechanical units and assemblies.

Assemble complete electro mechanical units consisting of chassis, power assemblies, frames and related units performing required welding, drilling riveting, cleaning, de-burring and the like.

Coordinate with limited supervision, fabrication work group activities to ensure proper development of products from the prototype to the production stage, utilizing latest available equipment and techniques.

Set up and operate punch presses, NC punch presses, etc.

to reform a variety of fabrication operations.

This is an IUE Union Represented position This is for the 1st Shift.

Basic Qualification: EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High School graduate or recognized equivalent EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: The Level 2 position will require a minimum of 3 years of relevant and verifiable experience in the field, which can be acquired either by time in the Level 1 occupation or by equivalent external experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain area skills and safety certifications.

Must be able to pass a structured interview and demonstrate the ability to perform all essential functions of the position.
