The person must be dependable, detail oriented, have basic reading, writing, and math skills.

The right candidate needs to be able to work independently and as a team member.

• Perform duties related to anchor bolt bending and assembly according to job specifications
• Use appropriate hand and power tools to properly measure, cut, bend, & assemble materialaccording to job specifications
• Log in and out of jobs on shop computers (Easy 4-6 step process
– Will be trained)
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment
• Maintain a safe work environment by using common-sense and adhering to safetyprotocols
• Perform all other job-related duties as requested by supervisorExpectations:
• Punctuality is required
– Must be ready to work when the bell rings
• Must be willing to work over-time when mandated.

Sufficient notice will be given
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Accountable for quality, accuracy and completeness of your own work and delegated work
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative, team atmosphere
• Good forward planner
• Must be organized and adaptable
– your job duties may change throughout the day
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Ability to read and interpret work orders
• Ability to read and interpret drawings preferred
– or wiliness to learn
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Basic mathematic, reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to read a tape measure or willing and able to learno Must always carry a 25′ tape measure
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy objects
– up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail required
• Problem solving abilities
• Experience in using electrical or manual tools (bolt threader, saws, bar shear, benders,impacts, etc.) a plus.

Willingness to learn is required
• Ability to work well under pressure often with tight deadlines
• Proficient in EnglishQualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license or state issued ID
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a count test
• Must be able to pass a drug test
