Description
- Implement, maintain and enforce the overall site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with CWD policies and all applicable safety codes and regulations. Develop, maintain and enforce a project site logistics and temporary facilities plan.
- Coordinate and manage all material deliveries and subcontracts. Track critical material deliveries and maintain records.
- Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of the scope of work for subcontractors, bid packages and Project Status Report (PSR).
- Provide input to the Project Manager on field activities that impact the Change Order process
Profile
- Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience in a related field or minimum of 5-10 years of project field experience
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency with Viewpoint, P6 or scheduling applications
- Effective written and verbal language communication skills
- Well developed and proven negotiating skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of construction delivery systems, the construction administration processes, building trades, technical aspects of construction including means and methods, materials, building systems, planning, scheduling and estimating
- Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course
- First Aid/CPR certified
