About the Position: Hiring for a Superintendent responsible for the entire construction project from mobilization to completion by providing the knowledge, skill, and experience to run day-to-day operations on the job site. The top priority is field coordination, working closely with the Subcontractors to ensure they are always focused on quality and quality that meet industry standards. Requirements: 5 Years of experience supervising all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects with a general contractor. Must possess a valid/active driver’s license. Experience with multi-million dollar commercial projects such as multifamily, retail, hospitality, office, mixed-use, etc. Experience overseeing projects with a value of $20M or more.
