A successful candidate for this position will be assigned to the DACM contract with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Facilities Construction Program.

Salary Range:                        $140,000 to $150,000 per annum




1. Develop and maintain program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for various programs.

2. Monitor and actively participate on project and program issues and Earned Value analysis.

3. Perform needed QA/QC on program schedules to conform with program goals and various construction projects.

4. Coordinate accurate and timely schedule updates from project team

5. Perform status updates on Program Schedule / Master Schedule.

6. Perform Program Level analysis and reporting.

7. Create and manage conceptual program and project schedules as needed.

8. Create and develop what-if schedules for large complex multi-year projects.



Job Requirements:



Minimum Requirements


Required Experience:

1. Eight (8) years of experience in Program Scheduling, preferably in public works projects for an owner or general contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities.

2. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is preferred.

3. Knowledge of design – bid – build and design – build delivery methodologies


Required Skills:


1. Possess a working knowledge of architectural and engineering workloads.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3 Proficiency in Primavera 15.1 or higher

4. Superior organization and planning skills.

5. Knowledge of public sector contracting processes and construction requirements.



Required Education:


Graduation from a recognized college or university with a BA or BS in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
