Position Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will work under the mentorship of our highly successful Senior Sales Executive in the Los Angeles market who will provide sales leads to you. Under his guidance, you will manage leads through to the handoff to our project management team. Our most successful Sales Executives are tenacious, with excellent relationship building skills, strong analytical and logical thinking to tackle different problems throughout the day, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify projects through initial contact with the key stakeholders (developer, architect, general contractor).

  • Engage internal departments through the estimating and proposal process.

  • Accurately review contracts to ensure the scope of work is clearly defined.

  • Smoothly transition the customer to the Project Management team.

Qualifications:

  • B2B sales experience within the construction and/or sign industry

  • Technical proficiency in a variety of programs, to include Microsoft Office, Google Docs, HubSpot, etc

  • Must have the availability to work in our Downtown Los Angeles office a few days/week; parking will be provided
