Job Description
As a member of the CVS Health Construction and Property Administration team, you will be exposed to many different aspects of the design and construction process. You will also be responsible for the coordination, planning, and implementation of new and remodel construction projects for the Enterprise. You will be responsible to implement new construction through development of the project budgets and schedules, management of construction documentation, as well as coordination to obtain permits, bidding, contract review, change order resolution and construction administration. You will also implement remodel construction for various scopes identified for the retail and non-retail environment, including budget and schedule management. Additionally you will be responsible for coordination of construction personnel, reporting, project and contract closeouts.
Required Qualifications
8+ year’s experience in all aspects of the design and construction process including standards and costs.Ability to travel to support enterprise work primarily in the western portion of the US

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of construction management software packages * Excellent time and project management skills * Ability to run multiple projects ranging in size and complexity. *Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead others and work with cross-functional teams * You are a self-starter with good social skills and ability to work in Microsoft – Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft project management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field or equivalent experience
