Description:Flournoy Construction Company is in need of a Project Superintendent to build a infill wrap multi-family unit in Columbia, S.CIdeal candidate will be familiar with infill developmentconsisting of parking deck construction with wood frame wrap construction.The position of Project Superintendent provides an on-site manager for overall responsibility of schedule compliance, cost control and quality assurance.A willingness to be flexible with travel is a must.The superintendent shall provide the day-to-day leadership necessary to direct material control, equipment, subcontractors and local authorities in construction of the project.
This includes input on estimates, schedules and quality control during the project preconstruction phase.
The superintendent shall work the necessary time to fulfill the requirements of project objectives and completion schedule.Superintendents are encouraged to take courses or instruction necessary to constantly upgrade skills in management, scheduling and construction techniques, thereby increasing overall abilities and worth to himself and the company.Also involves scheduling and job cost control duties
