Construction Project Manager As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the repairs to fire damaged and water damaged structures both residential and commercial on behalf of Accent Property Restoration.
This person will need to be able to ensure that the customer is comfortable and that their structure is going to be handled with the best care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage employees, vendors, and subcontractors Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and office Take job notes and photographs; log notes and photographs into construction management software Site Inspections; monitoring quality of work Scheduling Work within a limited budget Ensure safe work conditions Other duties as assigned Required Skills/ Experience: 3 or more years of experience within construction project management, remodeling or restoration/ emergency service industry OR 5 plus years of experience within the construction industry with reconstruction experience Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record Preferred Skills/ Experience: Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person) Ability to recognize and solve problems independently Strong communication and negotiation skills Strong computer skills Self-motivated, responsible and accountable Xactimate and/or Buildertrend experience is a plus IICRC certifications, specifically WRT, ASD, AMRT and FSRT Salary and benefits $55,000 /year, DOE Company Vehicle Cell Phone and company laptop PTO ,401K & Full benefit Package available Opportunities for advancement Company bonus for productivity XJ6
