Having said that, we are looking to hire an experienced construction project manager to join our growing team.

Some responsibilities include:
Direct and oversee construction projects in coordination with the back office from conception to completion
Proactively working with the construction team to ensure the contractual obligations are fulfilled
Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates and deliverables
Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget
Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the client’s requirements
Work under deadlines and in a fast paced environmental to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process
