Job Description
Responsible for providing project management to construction process for new site builds, specifically in venues via co-location onto existing sites as well as new buildcustom solutions. Ensures high quality and timely delivery of construction project management related services, activities and support. This person will interact with General Contractors on a daily basis to ensure that their assigned sites are progressing as planned. PM will be responsible for date forecasting and tracking completion of multiple milestones including Site Survey, AE drawings, Permit applicationreceipt, construction startfinish and review and approval of close out. Acts as project managerteam leader in support of large, complex, and multi-functional computerized system(s) i.e. Excel assists in preparation of the computer services budget monitors assigned budget(s) for designated data processingapplications systems as assigned Organize and lead small groups to resolve complex business problems Work with business customers to understand requirements and develop specifications for large-sized projects Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents the process Ability to handle multiple assignments superior written and oral communication skills able to matrix manage, have strong project work and project planning experience with in-building and Ericcson equipment. 5 to 7 years of experience in project planning, management, etc. Telecommunication network experience or experience doing project management for telecommunication network changes is strongly preferred.
