Construction Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports the daily administrative needs of the team to ensure proper management of all documents/information pertinent to the successful execution and completion of the project.

The qualified candidate must have the following knowledge and skills:

1.

Understanding of the Project Management Process (RFIs, CICs, RFPs, PCO, OCOs, SCO)

2.

Understanding of construction billing flow

3.

Understanding of Submittal process

4.

Detail oriented with ability to multi-task

5.

Ability to handle high volumes of paperwork

6.

Cognizant of the paperwork contents

7.

Work under and pressure with time constraints

8.

Ability to follow-through a process to completion

9.

Be a team Player
– Communicate easily and well within our company structure as well as with others, like architects, subcontractors, owners/clients, on a daily basis

10.

Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, & Internet Explorer)

Project Coordinator’s duties include but are not limited to the following:

1.

Creation of RFIs, CICs, RFPs, PCO, OCOs, SCO, Submittals, and Subcontracts in Expedition/Primavera and or Procore

2.

Management of latter documents to ensure timely submissions to appropriate parties (Architect, Owner, Consultants, Subcontractor, Vendor)

3.

Creation and management of subcontract billings in AIA G702 & G703 format

4.

Lien Release collection for billing

5.

Subcontract Insurance management

6.

Construction Plans & Drawing management

7.
