This client’s professional staff employs an approach to project assignments and problem solving which combines an established and diligent team methodology with integrity, collaboration and innovation.If you are passionate about construction management, have a proven successful leadership ability, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and a strong business acumen, then we would like to hear from you!Responsibilities:• Manage and monitor the budget, and schedule of the project in conjunction with office based cost and schedule support.• Manage field activities to ensure all work is compliant with contract documents and is executed within the established schedule and budget.• Verify Contractor progress and pay applications.• Manage the quality and pace of work conducted on site.• Coordinate, monitor and distribute client design modifications. Track changes in conjunction with project contingency.• Provide strong document and project controls including monitoring RFI and submittal traffic for potential cost/schedule impacts.• Thoroughly document, track and convey all action items and activities via meeting minutes, weekly and monthly project update reports.• Perform other Construction Management duties and assist Business Development functions, as necessary.• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standardQualifications Required:• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field• 6+ years Construction Management Experience• Significant project management experience within the California market• Previous Owner’s Representative project experience• Strong client management relationship skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsApply with your updated resume to or give us a call on 602-833-8596 for more information regarding this role.or email us: engineering.vacancy(at)hireresolve.com
