To be a good fit as an Estimator you will need:
– At least 3 years of estimating experience.
- In depth knowledge of means and methods for many trades. Able to create scopes of work based on existing property conditions.
- Competent at reading blueprints.
- Experience with relevant software is a big plus; Excel, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Xactimate
- Experience with estimating both self-performed and sub-contractor work.
- Experience with detailed material takeoffs.
- Confidence while speaking to clients during project bid walks.
- A valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Self-motivation, a strong work ethic and the ability to set and achieve goals-

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
