General contractor needs to hire an experienced construction estimator/project manager. You will be bidding retail / restaurant projects all over the southern California area. Must know how to take off plans and estimate construction costs, qualify and hire subcontractors, manage day to day operations on site, submit billing and change orders, Keep project under budget and on schedule. Bonuses offered for producing beyond expectations.
