Construction Draw Administrator This position is responsible for job cost accounting of all construction projects which includes preparation of draw packages to Project funding sources according to internal procedures and lender rules, work with project managers to ensure projects remain on budget and loans are in balance, maintain detailed knowledge of draw related to each project and ensuring consistent and proper coding to ensure adequate funding, monitor projects from a risk management perspective and elevate issues as needed.
Position Responsibilities: Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
Processing and recording transactions.
Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, sending bill reminders, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
Prepare draw packages for all predevelopment and construction projects Review change orders, and track payments and lien releases Perform investigative project and account analyses Liaison with the Procurement, Accounting and Construction departments.
Qualifications: Knowledge of basic accounting principles (debits & credits) and accounting functions Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite & Google Suites Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines Ability to organize, analyze and interpret financial data to solve accounting problems to resolve construction issues High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
