JOB DESCRIPTION: Foreman & Crew.
We are looking for someone who is motivated and creative, who wants to build his career, but also become an expert in his craft.
Everything we build is custom and unique.
Customers hire us because of our skills and artistic abilities.
This will be a hands-on position, contributing to the building of projects as well as managing them.
BONUS PROGRAM $$$: We have a crew bonus program, rewarding our team with hitting the estimated job hours and targets.
The crews that hit their targets each month will receive a bonus We want our crew members to be the highest paid pond builders in the industry and share in the profits Construction Duties (FOR ALL CREW INCLUDING FOREMAN):
· Digging by hand and with machinery
· Masonry (Setting and stacking boulders for ponds and waterfalls to look natural)
· Moving large rock and boulders (able to lift 75lbs)
· Installing low voltage lighting
· Installing plants, mulch, gravel
· Installing pumps, filtration systems and other pond equipment
· Handling live fish and turtles
· Loading and unloading the work trucks Management Duties (FOR FOREMAN):
· Leadership
· Keeping moral high on a crew
· Supervising crews daily progress, ensuring we are hitting our deadlines
· Coordinating directly with Production Manager on schedule jobs
· Managing materials deliveries to jobs
· Ordering materials for jobs
· Ordering/scheduling equipment deliveries
· Tracking job hours
· Tracking job expenses Benefits :
