If your time management skills complement your on-the-spot decision making prowess, this is your job.What you’ll do:Helps oversee sites and monitor progress of constructionSupports the selection of contractors/vendorsCoordinates and collects estimates from sub-contractors and works with Property Managers in submitting bidsConducts regular inspections to ensure project remains on schedule and reports back to Property ManagerSupports our acquisitions team by bidding on properties at courthouse stepsInspects properties for occupancy, makes general assessment on the current conditions and quality of neighborhoods, uploads pictures to MinervaAssists in the facilitation of staging properties (furniture, dcor, and other materials)Interfaces with upper management and design team as neededResearches best practices and continues to provide ideas and knowledge to Property Management TeamCommunicates with other departments to ensure properties are moved through the pipeline quickly, correctly and efficientlyWhat you’ll need:Valid driver’s license in good standingBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredWillingness to knock on doors and talk with occupantsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionAptitude with computers and mobile devices, i.e.
