Adrenaline Agency: Construction Administrator

POSITION DESCRIPTIONConstruction Administrators at Adrenaline provide construction and administrative support to a Project Manager/Executive or Program Director in the financial, healthcare, and retail markets.

These projects include but are not limited to: network transformations, conversions, renovations and ground up construction, design programs or merchandising initiatives.EXPECTATIONS Construction industry knowledge Function well within a team environment Attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively Ability to multi-task effectively Able to read and understand plans and specificationsPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Complete material take offs and acquisition Prepare change orders and work authorizations Attend project meetings and issue minutes Assist with project cost reviews and projections and generate reports Review, track, and process RFI’s and Submittals Maintain and organize various files and reports Set up jobs in accounting software Assist with construction schedule updates Prepare project close out package Communicate with contractors regarding project progress Assist in purchase order and subcontract creation Assist with local permit and license applications Assist in sourcing materials/vendors/contractors, qualifying the proposals and assembling budget estimatesEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES 2-4 years of experience within the construction industry (Project Admin, Buyer or Project Engineer) required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required Bachelor’s degree preferred Proficiency in Bluebeam preferred
