A statewide firm specializing in the representation of school districts is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of construction or real estate litigation. This is a new construction attorney position that will report to a dynamic partner. This construction attorney will handle a mix of public and private construction litigation. The firm will offer this construction attorney to handle work in their other practice areas as well (if desired). This construction attorney will be responsible for a huge variety of litigation. This is NOT a high volume position – this attorney will get the chance to litigate a smaller caseload of interesting cases.
