Location: Los Angeles, CA 90054
Schedule: 7:00am – 4:45pm one-hour lunch with every other Friday off.
Assignment type: 4-6-month contract
Pay rate: $18-$24
This position is being requested to assist with administrative tasks and will need someone who can handle a fast pace, demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents from rough draft; arrange material into proper format and create basic spreadsheet.
- Answer phones for the Office of the Group and Section Managers.
- Provide calendaring assistance for the Office of the Group and Section Managers. Schedule meetings for management in TEAMS & ZOOM.
- Maintain files, records, reports.
- Orders and maintain office supplies.
- Sorts/distributes mail.
- Review /process requests for payments.
- Performs other related Administrative Assistant job duties as required (Including: formatting, editing emails and notes).
Requirements:
- Someone with prior medium to high level administrative experience is preferred.
The ADMIN ASSISTANT (I) will be working in office.
