Secretary (Office and Administrative Support)

We are offering a full-time position for a Secretary who will perform secretarial duties, handles incoming calls of high volume; Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or by telephone; answering or referring information/inquiries, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Provide highly responsible administrative support
  • Transcribe correspondence and meeting minutes
  • Perform daily administrative support duties and activities
  • Undertake general administrative duties with specific projects
  • Perform multiple administrative duties on behalf
  • Perform secretarial support and administrative duties under general supervision in support of a director/department head or manager
  • Perform a variety of legal secretarial and administrative support duties
  • Provide administrative support for director and management team
  • Compile administrative information by researching sources
  • Provide administrative/secretarial support to Administrators and Executive Office and perform diversified administrative and secretarial functions
  • Perform secretarial duties, such as typing correspondence and reports
  • Enter batches of administrative invoices
  • Provide back up telephone coverage for the administrative office
  • Supervising and training the administrative-office clerical personnel
  • Performing high-level secretarial duties
  • Transcribe correspondence/reports for the COO
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the assigned department(s)
  • Perform a variety of complex legal, administrative, clerical and secretarial duties
  • Serve as secretary for appropriate administrator
  • Providing secretarial services and administrative assistance according to established policies and procedures
