Sales and Administrative Assistant

Overview: Audacy Memphis is seeking a bright, energetic, self-starter for a Sales and Administrative Assistant.

We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual who can multi-task and has exceptional organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Provide clerical support functions for Account Executives and Sales Managers.Answer phones, greet guests and handle overnight packages.Maintain office supplies.Deal with clients in professional manner and handle problems.Support sales promotions and sales projects.Review sales orders and contracts.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequentlyrequired to stand; walk and sit.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10pounds.

Qualifications: Required:Minimum 2 years experience clerical experience; previous media experiencepreferred.

High school graduate;college preferred.
