Receptionist – PART TIME

Receptionist Part Time (Monday Friday, 12:30PM 5PM) Must have multi-phone line answering experience Experience with office machines, copying, scanning, and faxing Must be proficient in Micro Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) Looking for a Team oriented person with a positive attitude Receptionist Priority is to answer incoming phone calls Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as needed Welcomes clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Write receipt for Tenant payments when paid at the office Sort and distribute mail Post mail and Certified mail, track amounts Organize Accounting and other courier envelopes Communicate with couriers when the office is closed Order office supplies for the administration office after approved Order Ink & toner for printers & copiers in this office Make file folders & hanging folders as requested Type Letters and labels as necessary or requested Maintains reception area and conference room in neat and orderly condition Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
