Receptionist/ Junior Administrative

A leading investment bank company on the Westside is seeking a Receptionist to join their team ASAP!

An exciting role for a warm and welcoming individual, the Receptionist position will see you functioning as the first line of contact for the office.

Specifically, you will:
Deal with a busy traffic front desk, visitors, vendors, and caterers Greet incoming guests and employees with a friendly, welcoming attitude Adding visitors to the building’s security log Answer incoming phone calls and route appropriately Maintain front desk and common areas Assist with the daily lunches, i.e.

caterers Manage supplies ordering and related budgets Coordinate and attend team meetings Assist with booking visitor offices and workstations for visiting employees (from other locations) Actively optimize office processes for maximum value and efficiency

You will need:
Minimum 5 years experience as receptionist Experience working in multi-site, high-growth companies a plus Knowledge of customer service and positive attitude Bachelor’s degree preferred; GED required Proficiency in MS Office required Demonstrated communication skills and an articulate, service-focused attitude Ability to handle multiple competing priorities Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a high standard of work Collaborative and positive workstyle
