RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct visitors and communicate to the correct personnel.
Answer and direct phone calls Experience dealing with immigration issues Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings and take detailed minutes Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Ensures all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately Update and maintain office policies and procedures Maintain a clean work environment.
