Receptionist/Admin Assistant Due to continuous growth, our North Ryde team are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our HIAIS team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

What the day will look like Key responsibilities will include:Providing a high standard of customer serviceAnswering incoming calls and responding to client enquiriesManaging various relationships across your clients and HIAIS colleaguesGeneral administrative taks when requiredPersonal development opportunities to keep evolving your insurance skillsSkills and experience that will lead to success Due to the nature of our clients / team, we are looking to hear from people who are passionate about client relationships, partnership and delivering on service expectations.

We also look for;Previous experience in an administration or customer service roleInsurance experience is desirable but not crucial.
