Beverly Management Group, Inc. a private commercial real estate management and development company in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a full-time permanent Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate destination.
Maintain the reception area neat and organized at all times
Maintain the conference rooms clean, organized and stocked (beverages) before and after meeting or events
Receiving and distributing facsimiles/communications and routing to appropriate personnel.
Pick-up, sort and distribute the mail to appropriate personnel.
Order and keep record of all incoming/outgoing mail/packages
Log, track and maintain parking validation log
Tracking the postage meter usage and preparing monthly billing allocation
Maintaining the office supplies, Fedex forms and postage equipment
Photocopying scanning as requested by different departments
Organized documents, mass mailing
Assist other departments, when required
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years receptionist experience a must
- High School Diploma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, team player, flexible and able to adapt to changing office needs
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Office Outlook is a must
Start pay is $18 per hour. Business Hours are Monday Friday 8:30am 5:30pm
