Position: Receptionist
Location: Sylmar, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and processing orders
- Managing front desk by answering telephone, screening and directing phone calls
- Greeting all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assisting with orders and answering customer inquiries
- Data Entry and Filing
- Process customer returns
- Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Provide general administrative and customer service support for all department
- Perform other functions as assigned or as the situation requires
Preferred skills:
- Office, Administrative, customer service experience preferred
- Familiar with billing systems
- Keen attention to detail
- Comfortable with math
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
- Need to have strong customer service skills for phone, email, and in office interaction
- Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with excellent time management skills
