Primary responsibilities include answering, screening and forwarding phone calls, greeting and checking in visitors in the security system, overseeing communal office spaces, updating office administrative functions (directory, EA Assignments, PTO and office master calendar), assist with office event activities and communicating with all levels of staff. The ideal candidate will be out-going, friendly, and patient. They will possess a professional demeanor, customer service-oriented mentality and strong interpersonal skills.+ Associate degree or equivalent;+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;+ Solid communication skills;+ Strong writing skills;+ Strong desire to learn and grow;+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high pressure environment;+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Prefer:+ 1-2+ years of receptionist/phone operator experience in a professional services environment;+ Bachelor’s DegreeApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Andersen Tax welcomes and encourages workforce diversity.
