Valencia Manufacturing Company is seeking a receptionist to answer phones, create and maintain orders, filing, and other general office related positions.
Hours are: 8am-4pm Monday through Friday
This is a full-time temp-hire position
$16.00-$18.00/hour DOE
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer and route incoming calls
* Greet visitors
* Open and distribute mail
* Order and maintain office supplies
* Send, receive, and distribute faxes
* Prepare, support, mail and scan documents
* Place orders and follow up with customers
* Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel
* Must be detail orientated and have the ability to multitask
