Receptionist

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). 

 

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients/guests and then notify the appropriate person
  • Receive packages from Fed Ex, UPS and other vendors.
  • Schedule FedEx and messenger pickups, and resolve delivery problems as needed
  • Provide quotes for outgoing packages
  • Coordinate outgoing messenger services
  • Answer the switchboard and forward calls to the appropriate person.
  • Reserve conference rooms
  • Process Open File Requests
  • Correct/update file names as needed, and set security settings for digital files as needed
  • Other administrative responsibilities 

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years as a Receptionist/ Office Administration experience in a busy office
  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Dependable, reliable, friendly and welcoming
  • Great at multi-tasking, bright, capable
