Receptionist

General Duties:

  • Greet AGBO employees and visitors and communicate visitor arrivals to respective executives
  • Answer the Company main telephone line and direct calls as necessary
  • Proactively manage the cleanliness, appearance, and operation of all AGBO offices and facilities
  • Oversee scheduling of shared office space such as conference rooms, and conduct post-meeting clean-up as needed
  • Assist with daily office operations, including but not limited to:
  • Manage outgoing/incoming mail and deliveries
  • Provide necessary facility access and direction for vendors and tradespeople in coordination with the Facilities Director
  • Monitor, order, and stock supplies in the kitchen, shared print and copy areas, all supply rooms, and bathrooms as necessary
  • Provide general office support to AGBO staff
  • Assist in the planning and execution of services and events for AGBO employee engagement and positive experiences in the workplace
  • Assist the Facilities Director in the daily operations of AGBO offices

 

Office Safety Duties:

  • Administer access control systems such as the Company FOB system and Envoy access control
  • Ensure health and safety office protocols are maintained by AGBO employees and guests in a manner consistent with company culture
  • Carry out disease prevention initiatives such as distributing PPE to AGBO employees and visitors (as needed) and maintain health and safety signage and supplies
  • Work with Facilities Director to ensure overall office cleanliness of AGBO space, including regularly cleaning and sanitizing commonly used surfaces, furnishings, and equipment

 

Hospitality Duties:

  • Monitor employee and guest areas to ensure first-class standards of hospitality are maintained at all times
  • Create an open and inviting environment in all common areas such as the lobby, kitchen, and bar for employees and visitors

 

Collaboration:

  • Actively encourage a spirit of collaboration among members of the Operations team and cross-functionally with other departments
