Job DescriptionGeneral Description: The Receptionist properly represents the dealership to its customers and vendors by providing high-quality telephone and secretarial services.Duties and Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing them appropriately. Arrange conferences, meetings for office personnel. Greet visitors, handle their inquiries, and direct them appropriately. Mail promotional material, and other information. Make copies of correspondence and other printed material. Route and distribute incoming mail. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors. Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, etc. Manage projects, and contribute to team work. Provide vital administrative support to Sales team, Business Manager and General Manager. Supporting the continuous improvement of the total quality of the dealership. Open/close office and assist team members with additional projects and assignments. Skills Required and Physical Demands:1. Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated. 2. Ability to communicate with customers, department employees, and other managers with verbal meetings and written reports. 3. Customer service driven, enthusiastic individual who has attention to detail. 4. Comfortable working in fast paced environment. 5. Computer literate (Including Microsoft Word and Excel. 6. Must be able to multitask and follow directions 7. Very organized and have a strong ability to multi-task.
