Receptionist

Responsible for answering telephone, taking messages, routing calls to appropriate person. Greet and assist with visitors. Position is responsible to distribute messages to any staff member when he/she returns. Transfer phones to answering service at the completion of workday. Report any telephone problems, postage meter, or facsimile machines with supervisor. Assist staff with faxing documents, postage meter and copier while maintaining confidentiality of such materials. Position can be called upon to perform other duties as assigned. Job Skills and Abilities: Must have the ability to follow instructions; must be able to speak and understand the English language. Must possess strong organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
