Receptionist

Investment management company located in Century City is seeking a receptionist to join their office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: acting as the first point of contact with visiting clients and vendors; answering, screening, and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments and individuals at the firm; and provide administrative support to professionals, including a range of responsibilities such as managing calendars, coordinating travel, and coordinating expense reports, to supplement general front desk responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment is preferred.
