RECEPTIONIST

Duties will include but are not limited to”
Answering the phone, transferring calls, sending messages via email
Managing mail; opening, distributing, scanning, and linking to appropriate client folders
Maintenance of front desk, coffee bar, and kitchen area
** Includes watering office plants**Cleaning kitchen area before end of day
Monitoring supply levels and facilitating supply deliveries
** Office supplies orders through Quill/Office Depot, printer assistance and supplies through third party service, stocking of all supplies
Filing (presumed creation and management of redwells, management of server files)
Bank Deposits (primarily mobile; in person when needed)
Translation/Interpretation Services Bilingual English/Spanish
Management of Attorney s calendars & producing Future Friday hard copies
Ensuring office calendars reflect approved paid holidays
Coordinating office luncheons and Holiday Dinners as needed
Creation and management of Zoom meetings as needed for Attorney
Managing relationship between office, and website/blog manager
Requests for blog posts with writing service, proofreading and selection of blogs, forwarding to website/blog manager for posting
Fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Common sense, a charismatic voice, typing skills, and the ability to multitask. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working independently and is able to prioritize their daily job responsibilities.
Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST.
