Responsibilities include:
Greet & direct guests.
Answer phones, screen and connect calls.
Send, receive & log-in faxes.
Schedule conference room meetings.
Food/beverage set up for meetings.
Assist with backup typing and filing.
Regulate office, kitchen, and first aid supply levels.
Computer experience required with knowledge of Word and Outlook.
On-Site in Downtown Los Angeles Monday – Friday.
Qualifications include:
1-3 years experience in a busy office environment.
Has a professional attitude, the ability to multi-task, and is punctual.
Can adapt to new situations quickly and is willing to learn new things
Pleasant phone manner, front office appearance, ability to handle confidential information and types approx.

45 wpm.
